Booking Policy

As soon as we receive the deposit your date is secured, which is a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total amount.

Transaction Policy

All transactions will be processed through our representative via WhatsApp.

Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather, the Captain will assess whether the charter needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If the charter is cancelled by the Captain, a full refund will be provided. If the charter is cancelled by you, the deposit is non-refundable.
